You're in love with a girl who you accompany her home...not because you just want to prolong the tender bliss of being with her...but also because you will never rest easy that night if you can't personally guarantee she's safe in her home...and...you start to dislike her friends who are keeping her out till late and not bringing her home...and you get over-anxious and really worried while watching and waiting for her to call you and tell you that she is, finally, tucked in bed...

You're probably in serious heart trouble if, after bringing her home, you agonize on how long you still have to wait before you and her will be going home to one same house...and sleeping in the same bed...with each other's arms around you as you settle for sweet dreams shared...you feel really sad that you'd have to travel alone in the night and come home only to not see her beaming face welcoming you...

And you know that this girl has really gotten under your skin when you try not to sleep before she does...whether in bed or while you're travelling somewhere...and mainly because you want to just hold her...and just watch her dream her tiredness away....you try to skip from sleep for a while longer just enough to watch her in all vulnerability...with her face stripped off of pretensions and tensions...

4 yrs. nakong sumasakay jan, iba't-ibang klaseng bagay na ang na-experince ko.. well, ganun tlga! araw-araw kc eh..

Nakkaasar ang mga van na sa lbas plng eh mapipintasan mo na, di mo lam kung maganda ba ang loob nito at kung malamig ba..meron din nmang mganda tlga lalu na ung mga Pregio, Starex at MB, malalamig ang mga sasakyan na yan.. may van nman na pagpsok mo eh mkkta mong mgnda ung aircon at may kalakihan, pero hangin lng ang binubuga, may nakakabit ngang fan sa mga bintana pero di nman nagrorotate(amf!). May van nman na tatluhan nga ang pasahero bwat row pero straight body ka nman at tlgang nkkangawit, buti nlng bumilis ang byahe, haha.. ang comon na van ay ung apatan na pasahero na tlgang nkkasar kpag ikaw ang nahuling sumakay, di ka mkksandal at minsang napagitnaan ako ng dalwang matatabang tao, di lang ako nhirapan sa pag-upo pinawisan pako..hayup tlga!. Malas mo lng pag kaw ang last na sasakay sa van kaw ung sa pintuan, tga-sarat' bukas ka dun at pangit pa ng upo mo..luge! Naranasan nyo na din ba na makasaky sa likuran ng van na kapag dumaan sa humps eh umaangat din ito at gumagalaw.. (ayaw kasi ipaayos).
Nkaranas din ako na mkasabay ang isang studyante na sa kalgitnaan ng byahe eh humihilik at nagsasalita ng 2log?! whooo!!(ngppuyat kc), nkkta ko ung ibang muka ng pasahero na nagppigil sa pagtawa.. at meron nmn minsan ang srap ng tulog sa balikat mo, khit anong gwin mo dun pa din bbgsak ang ulo nya (pero ok lng kung chix, ahihihi). Nkkaasar minsan ung mga bumababa galing sa likod ng van, kelngan pang lumabas ng ilang pasahero pra mkababa un.. nkkabitin sa pag2log eh! May van nmang ang lkas ng sounds pero pangit nmn ang istasyon kya nman itong pasahero na nkasbay ko eh may tama ata biruin mo ba namng mula sa likod eh tinawag nya ung driver at pinalipat sa gusto nyang stasyon(ok na stasyon- 95.5!!!tsk! tsk!). eto pa isang nkpagpasakit ng tyan ko sa kktawa.. Isang pasahero ang pumara mula sa gitna, shmpre bababa din ung tga-bukas ng van pra mkadaan ung pumara, eh di ko alam kung anng nkain nung driver biruin mo ba nmang pagbaba nung taga-bukas eh umandar na - at shmpre kming mga nkskay mejo sumigaw na meron pang bababa! ahahahhahah!!!! tawa ko ng tawa dun sa muntik ng maiwan kung titignan mo ung muka prng di mo lam kng bad3p o natatawa din sa nangyri s knya.

Eto cguro ang isa sa mga mamimis ko sa araw-araw na pagpsok ko sa skul, ang mga kwentong Van! cguro may mga bgay d2 na naranasan nyo din, kya dpat lng na masanay na tayo khit gaanu man ka-pangit ang ssakyan nting van o kung anu man ang mga eksena na mararanasan ntin sa loob ng van, bastat mhalaga eh ung mkarating tau ng maayos at ligtas sa paroroonan nten. ayt?!

Well.. masyado na taung stressed, cguro kelangn nten matanggal ito para masaya.. Epektibo ang mga paraan na to kya kung maari eh gawin nyo nlng... para din ito sa mga tinatamad, inaantok at nalulungkot..

Instructions:

1.) umupo ng tuwid kung ikaw ay nsa upuan naka-upo.

2.) cguraduhing wlang nakabalandra na mga epal na gamit sa tabi mo, sa likod o harap.

3.) Maaari lamang na ilagay ang dalwang kamay sa batok ung tipong mag rereach ung dalwang kamay mo.. gets?! blisan mo syang ang oras...

4.) ipagdikit ang dalwang siko mo.

5.) be sure na mejo nakabukaka ang bibig..wag ka na magsalita! tiis tiis lng...

6.) Ung mata mo dpat nakatingin lng d2 sa instructions..

7.) huminga ng malalim ( 5 times)..

8.) tapos mejo itabingi ang ulo.. bhala ka na kung kanan o kaliwa gusto mo..

9.) tumayo ng dahan dahan.. straight body pero tabingi pa den ang ulo.. (ganun tlga tsong!)

10.) umikot ka ng dalwang beses, dahan dahan lng.. kaw ulit bhala kung pakanan o pkaliwa.

11.) matatapos na..

12.) Gulatin mo ang sarili mo..
